Investigating officer for Liberty County, Sheriff’s Detective, Sean Mitchell, said when officers arrived at the Cleveland man’s home, the girl was found behind an RV vehicle, parked in the backyard of the property on December 18th. According to Detective Mitchell, the suspect -Justin Bedgood met the young girl through his sister, who is a friend to the victim. Then despite their age difference Bedgood, who is 26, and the 13-year old girl reportedly became involved in a relationship. Detective Mitchell said Bedgood also had inappropriate photos, of the teen, on his cell phone which resulted in the charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
