Akins and Shauberger: Arrested in 2009, charged with document tampering and other alleged activities intended to defraud a home health company, former Liberty County internet blogger F. Ray Akins, has a court date set for July 21st. Whether or not Akins will actually go to trial on that date is unknown. The charges against Akins and his accused co-conspirator Eddie Shauberger have been pending for the last 5 years. Additionally, Eddie Shauberger, a former businessman and failed political candidate, is free on bond for two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. Court records show Eddie Shauberger is slated for a docket call on July 2nd on the sexual assault charges. We have been unable to determine the status of the document tampering charges against Shauberger. *************************************************
