There they found human remains of an unknown person wrapped in a tarpaulin. It is estimated the remains have been there some 6 or 7 months. For now, Billy Ray Bennett, 44, is charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Bennett was arrested and lodged in the Liberty County Jail on Monday. The investigation continues.
