Time Change:  Daylight Savings Time comes to an end Sunday morning at 2 and clocks need to be turned bank one hour. Radio controlled atomic watches and clocks should adjust to the time-change automatically, as should most computers and cell phones. So, set clocks back one hour before you go to bed, if they don’t do it automatically.  It’s a good time to change smoke detector batteries as well.
