TVE Results: For the third year in a row, Garret Villemez with Anahuac FFAhad the top steer of show at the TVE with another Grand Champion Steer. The Reserve Champion steer is owned by Rayne Hobbs of Barbers Hill FFA. The Senior Showmanship award winner was Garrett Villemez. Junior Showmanship went to Chase Anderson. Grand Champion Commercial Heifer was shown by Cash Enderli of Trinity Valley 4-H. The Reserve Champion nod went to the animal shown by Scott Chachere with Dayton FFA. Twenty Market Steer made today’s Youth Livestock Auction. In addition 20 heifers, 10 pens of rabbits, 10 pens of chickens, 15 goats, 5 lambs, and 40 pigs will also be sold at auction. Also, 6 home economics winners and 3 horticulture winners will also be sold. The buyer’s luncheon starts at 11 a.m.the auction at about 12:30 p.m. KSHN will broadcast the sale of the Grand and Reserve portion of the auction.
