The objective of the members of the Mayhaw Festival in Daisetta Texas is to encourage interest and promote our native fruit the Mayhaw.  A fruit well known and widely used in making jellies and jams by the natives of this area. While recognizing the Mayhaw, the members strive to unite the community in fellowship and make efficient their volunteer service.
